We use thicker cover edge belting for longer life, larger bolts to prevent premature wear and heavy duty lacer to minimise down time and maximise replacement intervals.

When replacing the conveyor belt more often than not the sprockets are worn to excess along with the tracks and bearings. To compliment our belts we offer the complete kit at excellent prices which includes:

They can be supplied as a set or individually.
Worn Belts
Sometimes accidents occur. If your belt rubber suffers from damage due to foreign debris or just high wear then you do not have to replace the entire assembly, we can re-rubber it for you for a fraction of the cost.
We can also supply the entire assembly in kit form ie.

Rubber Products
Prevention is better, and cheaper, than cure! As you know by maintaining the wear items on your belt you can dramatically increase the life span of chains and rubber. Material guides and belt scrappers are at the forefront of conveyor protection. By keeping them adjusted/replaced it stops material ingress and at Volumech they are at prices you can afford to keep them in stock!
